Crawfish Noodle & Grill: A Flavorful Fusion of Vietnamese and Cajun Seafood Delight

The seafood egg noodle dish I had was exceptional! The decor and vibe of the dining area is a fusion of modern and old world charm. I give it a strong recommendation.

A staple in the Houston restaurant scene with quality Viet-Cajun crawfish and seafood. Love their fish sauce chicken wings. Both sweet and savory. Their classic garlic butter sauce on the crawfish was solid.

First time to try Crawfish & Noodles, and what a great surprise! As a Louisiana native I’m no stranger to fresh crawfish, and these are on spot! The seasoning is definitely a creative twist to the Cajun boil, but very delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant, and you can’t go wrong with with any of the dishes. We tried the pho, stir-fried noodles, chicken wings and more. Everything was fresh, clean and an awesome experience!

Love it so much! I crave their crawfish and secret sauce year-round! I’ve genuinely had dreams about eating their crawfish. We’ve been coming here for years and they treat us so well! Always remember our order, keep us updated, and share fun stories!!! Every employee is so nice, funny, and attentive! They go above and beyond! Definitely recommend becoming a regular! No lie this place had some of the best crawfish I’ve ever had I’m talking top 2 EVER! The sauce they use isn’t super greasy like most places, almost no grease in fact, but the flavor is absolutely amazing. In fact I’m going back today! Highly recommend…

I recently ordered the shrimp while my friend had the crawfish, and overall it was a great experience. The Cajun blend of seasoning was flavorful with a bold, well balanced mix of spice and savory goodness that really stood out. The shrimp tasted great and were well seasoned, though they were slightly overcooked, which made them a little harder to peel. My friend’s crawfish were on point, perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. Overall, the flavors were great and the service was good, friendly and attentive.

They are closed on Tuesdays. Came during lunch on a Wed to sample the specials they had running. Salt Toasted, Tamarind, and Viet Cajun which is their signature seasoning. The Shrimp were a decent size, but more importantly they were gulf brown shrimp, which they source locally. Flavors were on point and it was a great value since they were on special. Cory was our chef today he did not disappoint, flavors were perfectly balanced without being salty. Sauces are so good, they can be eaten with just plain white rice .Servers were very attentive without being overbearing. Will be back again to sample their other specials. The basil fried rice was super fragrant and packed with flavor, a perfect combo with the other dishes. Service was quick and friendly, and the vibe is always relaxed and welcoming.
